Here is the map of the region in Alabama where samples will be taken. It has similar properties to the area in Japan in that the animal and plant life are subjected to the effects of sedimentation from building. Samples will be collected starting in November when the course begins.
 In the mean time, we have a Japan Club which meets once a week. We learn about various aspects of Japanese culture. Here are students with their names written in Hiragana.  |
